At Coppice Primary Partnership, we have an amazing central team who support all of our schools in areas of education, finance, HR, estates and governance.
Our central team see their role as reducing the burden on schools to free them up to focus on what they do best - educating the children!
Karen Francis
HR Officer
Karen joined Loose Primary School in 2015 as Personnel Officer, and became a member of the Central Team in 2021 as the Trust's HR Officer.
I have worked in the education sector, in various roles, for almost 30 years, with the last decade focusing on human resources. I have studied and gained Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and my role includes recruitment, development and well-being of staff; fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with policies and staff training.
Family is hugely important to me; I have three adult sons and recently became a Grandparent. I enjoy 'trying' basic DIY and gardening, travelling and spending quality time with friends.
