At Coppice Primary Partnership, we have an amazing central team who support all of our schools in areas of education, finance, HR, estates and governance.
Our central team see their role as reducing the burden on schools to free them up to focus on what they do best - educating the children!

Estates Manager
Neil joined the Trust central team as Estates Manager in April 2024 having previously been a Trustee.
After spending the majority of my career specialising in health and safety in warehousing, logistics and the food industry, I became involved with Coppice Primary Partnership when I was invited to join the Trust and provide health and safety advice to the trust board at a strategic level.
This was a very different environment to my previous rolls, and I was immediately impressed by the importance placed upon the support and development of children across all the schools.
Now as Estates Manager I have been equally impressed by the trust team and their dedication to do all they can to continue the drive forward and am proud to be working with a great group of people.
