At Coppice Primary Partnership, we have a central team who work in a range of areas to support the schools and free up valuable time for school leaders so that they can focus on the core business of education.

Finance Team

Our finance team work with schools to improve efficiencies over purchasing and through sourcing trust wide contracts to support in achieving economies of scale. In addition, the team work alongside headteachers and school leaders to set and manage the budgets, always working with a 'how can we make this happen' attitude. 

HR team

Through centralising and standardising a range of policies and procedures, our HR team are able to support schools with compliance and recruitment. The HR team also support staff through payroll, pensions and any other claims,

Estates 

Our estates manager supports with Condition and Improvement bids (CIF bids) which can provide much needed capital works to improve schools. He also works with schools to ensure that areas identified through our conditions surveys are addressed and that schools are fully compliant with health and safety legislation and best practice.
